For installs in general, we explain by email the details of our professional services to you.

For Flooring projects, our staff uses your measurements and flooring requests to assess and determine costs. We email you a complete quote.

We discuss any questions you have about your install, review all costs with you, complete payment and confirm your install appointment 

Once all product is ready on-site, we complete all installations / renovations. 

This is followed by clean up. 

We complete all details of the project and ensure you are satisfied.
